Iwona Kotowicz

Iwona Kotowicz, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Supply Chain Manager at The Hain Celestial Group, focusing on transformation initiatives and cross-functional project leadership in supply chain activities. Prior to this role, Iwona worked at MindsInSync Inc. as a Supply Chain & EDI Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing inventory and managing accounts receivables for multiple brands. Previous experience also encompasses positions at MindsInSync as a Customer Service & EDI Manager and Demand Planner, contributing to increased efficiency and effective demand management. Iwona began a career in logistics with EAGLE LOGISTIC SERVICE INC as an Account and Credit Specialist and gained early experience as a Graduate Assistant at Baruch College.
