Srini Gubbala

Srini Gubbala currently serves as AVP - Head of Data Engineering & Platforms at The Hanover Insurance Group, where responsibilities include devising data engineering and platforms strategy and overseeing the development of the data engineering function. Prior to this role, Srini served as IT Portfolio Manager at Arbella Insurance Group, managing the Data and Analytics group and executing data strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Senior IT Manager at Fidelity Investments, overseeing performance reporting applications; Vice President at BNY Mellon, managing IT financial messaging; and Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at State Street Corporation, where system integration strategies were evaluated. Srini began a career as Principal Consultant and Solution Architect at Keane Inc, delivering business systems for various clients. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University.
