Courtney Sterling

Courtney Sterling is an accomplished Assistant Vice President at The Hartford, specializing in Human Resources with extensive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Since joining The Hartford in September 2010, Courtney has held multiple leadership roles, including overseeing talent management strategies, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and implementing enterprise-wide performance culture initiatives. Prior to The Hartford, Courtney served as VP, Staffing Manager at Bank of America, leading talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions, and began a career in recruiting at Fleet Bank. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science from the University of Connecticut.
