Debra Fox has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Chief Underwriting & Product Officer for Middle & Large Commercial at The Hartford, a position held since February 1998. Throughout their tenure at The Hartford, Debra has progressed through various roles, including Chief Product Officer, Chief Underwriting Officer for General Industries, and several vice president positions focusing on technology, life sciences, and underwriting practices. Prior to The Hartford, Debra worked at AIG as a Branch Underwriting Manager and began their career at The Hartford as a Senior Underwriter in the Middle Market. Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1990.
