Katie Chicorka

Katie Chicorka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and change management. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Change Lead at The Hartford since November 2016, Katie focuses on coaching change teams in the deployment of Lean management systems across knowledge worker areas such as Finance and Marketing. Prior to this role, Katie spent nearly a decade at MassMutual Financial Group, where responsibilities included developing and executing training and coaching plans for Lean practices, leading root cause problem-solving sessions, and facilitating organizational reviews with senior leaders. Katie holds a Master of Science in Communication and Information Management from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from Westfield State University, along with a Professional Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas.
