Leigh Bolick

Leigh Bolick, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Automation and Data Solutions for Risk Engineering at The Hartford since November 2012. In this role, Leigh leads a cross-functional team to enhance consultant workflows and oversees enterprise system integration and Risk Engineering reporting. Prior to this, Leigh held various positions, including Director of GL and Umbrella Underwriting for Middle Market at The Hartford and Home Office LOB Lead and Referral Underwriter at Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group. Throughout the career, Leigh has developed successful underwriting strategies and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth of alternative risk business and managing significant underwriting operations across several reputable firms. Educational background includes a degree from East Texas A&M University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
