Amy Swanson is the founder of The Hatch Agency. Prior to starting their own company, they were a partner at The OutCast Agency from November 2003 to November 2011. Before that, they were the manager of public relations at Respond from April 1999 to July 2001 and the senior manager of corporate public relations at Oracle from September 2001 to November 2003. Amy Swanson began their career in public relations as the manager of public relations at PeopleSoft Inc from May 1998 to April 1999. Amy then worked as a senior account executive at Blanc & Otus from August 1995 to May 1998.
Amy Swanson has a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from California State University, Chico.
