Rob Shade has extensive experience in engineering and project management, working for various companies such as The HC Companies, Waxman Consumer Products, Cleveland Track Material, Alcoa, Invacare, Oatey, Jaco Manufacturing, Precision Automotive, and DLH Industries. Rob's roles have included Director of Engineering and Technology, Sr. Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Program Launch Manager, Project Engineer, Senior R&D Engineer, Product Design Manufacturing Engineer, and Process and Tooling Engineer. Rob Shade holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
