Robert Karolewski is an experienced manager specializing in venture building, with a focus on ideation, validation, proof of concept (PoC), minimum viable product (MVP) development, and market launch at The Heart since July 2019. Karolewski has played a key role in developing HealthTech and ClimateTech concepts, collaborating with corporate partners and managing diverse stakeholder relationships. Prior experience includes consulting roles at CRIDO and Deloitte Polska, where responsibilities encompassed business innovation and strategy operations. Robert holds a Master of Science in Behavioural Economics from City, University of London, and a Master of Arts in Finance & Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business.
