Stacy Taffet

Stacy Taffet is the Chief Growth Officer at The Hershey Company since March 2025, responsible for driving transformative growth strategies across the company's portfolio, focusing on enterprise strategy, marketing innovation, and brand reputation management. Prior to this role, Taffet held multiple senior marketing positions at PepsiCo from September 2007 to March 2025, including SVP Marketing and SVP Brand Marketing for Frito Lay, where strategic leadership in brand communications and innovation was provided. Taffet's earlier experience includes developing the Pure Leaf brand and managing marketing strategies for major accounts, as well as a marketing manager role at American Express from 2001 to 2005, where digital marketing capabilities were established. Taffet holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
