Melissa Richards

Melissa Richards has extensive experience in merchandising, currently serving as the Chief Merchandising Officer at The Home Depot Pro since April 2017 and previously holding the position of Merchandising Vice President for the Outdoor Garden sector at The Home Depot since August 1997. Additional roles at The Home Depot include Divisional Merchandising Manager for Outside Garden Landscape Categories, Senior Merchant for Cleaning and Janitorial categories, and Merchant for Door Locks and Safety/Security categories. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as a Hardware Merchant at HD Supply from August 1997 to September 2002, during its time as Maintenance Warehouse. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from San Diego State University-California State University.
