Yang Liu

Yang Liu is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in developing and implementing effective learning solutions. At The Home Depot since September 2018, Yang has coordinated over 30 projects as a project lead. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior System Designer at ExpoTech Inc. from January to August 2018, where Yang led a team to create gamified simulations resulting in a significant contract win. Yang also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Georgia, providing technical support for course development, and as an eLearning Content Writer at Move, Inc., focusing on training solutions. Early career experience includes curriculum development at the Center for Applied Linguistics, crafting web-based training for language educators. Yang holds a Professional Doctorate in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University.
