Courtney Bettencourt

Courtney Bettencourt is a dedicated facilities and operations professional with extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and education. Currently serving as Facilities Project Manager and Operations Manager at The Home for Little Wanderers since December 2021, Courtney previously held the position of Site Manager at Alternatives ABA, Inc. from August 2020 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Courtney spent nearly a decade at the Autism Academy of South Carolina, progressing through roles including Director of Operations, Program Director, ABA Lead Therapist, and Registered Behavior Technician. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Newberry College between 2003 and 2007.
