Licsw Rhonda Kaplan

Rhonda Kaplan, LICSW, serves as the Director of Data Quality and Compliance at The Home for Little Wanderers, a role initiated in June 2020 following the merger with Wediko Children’s Services. Kaplan leads the development of quality data management practices, oversees projects to improve clinical standards, and chairs the Performance and Quality Improvement committee. An extensive career in social work includes positions as Clinical Quality Assurance Manager at Wediko Children's Services and various roles related to outpatient practices and school-based services. Kaplan's educational background includes an MSW in Clinical Practice with a minor in Program Development from Boston University and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management Leadership from Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
