Uwanda Coleman

Uwanda Coleman has extensive experience in mental health and education, currently serving as a Clinician and Therapeutic Mentor at The Home for Little Wanderers since November 2014, where responsibilities include developing age-appropriate social and behavioral skills. Previously, Uwanda worked at Pyramid Builders Counseling Services providing intensive in-home family therapy and supporting families through behavioral and mental health changes. Uwanda's background also includes research roles at Boston Children's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as adjunct faculty positions at Sanford Brown College and Gibbs College Boston, focusing on Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology. Uwanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Northeastern University.
