Michelle L.

Michelle L. has been working in the professional world since 2005. Michelle began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Nestlè, where they were responsible for developing and sustaining a high degree of customer service, ensuring orders & queries were dealt with in a timely fashion. In 2006, Michelle joined Unilever as a Supply Planner, responsible for managing the supply of products within the Deodorants portfolio. Michelle then moved on to become the Global S&OP Implementation Manager, accountable for the Global S&OP implementation at Tigi. Michelle then progressed to become the Head of Global planning and S&OP, accountable for the global execution of projects that improve the processes, tools and capabilities associated with the Sales and Operational Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Planning and Demand Planning processes. In 2017, Michelle moved to Living Proof, Inc. as Senior Director of Supply Chain and then Director of Supply Chain. Presently, Michelle is working at The Honey Pot Company as COO, Vice President Operations and Senior Director Of Operations.

Michelle L. attended York St. John University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a BA (Hons) Management in Leisure and Tourism.
