Stephen Shih

Stephen Shih serves as the Associate Dean of MBA Programs and an Adjunct Professor of Management at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where the MBA program is acclaimed as the top program in Asia-Pacific. Prior to this role, Stephen held multiple positions at Bain & Company from 1999 to 2022, including Executive Vice President of Learning and Development and Partner, where leadership of the Asia-Pacific organization practice involved strategic advisory on M&A and commercial excellence across various sectors. Stephen’s academic credentials include an AB in Economics from Princeton University, an MBA in General Management and Strategic Human Resources from UCLA Anderson, an Executive Education certificate in Effective Negotiations from HKUST, and an MBA experience at Tsinghua University as an exchange student.
