Phil Gant leads and manages the development and delivery of a 3-month long, executive-style career transition program for special operations service members at The Honor Foundation. Phil has extensive experience in leadership roles within the US Army, where Phil supervised special forces detachments, directed intelligence training and analysis, trained foreign military leaders, and led teams in high-risk environments. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University.
