Rob English is a Vice President for Horton's Personal Insurance team. Rob is part of a team of specialists dedicated to delivering insurance solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and families.
Prior to his position at Horton, Rob served as a Vice President at Boyle Flagg & Seaman. Being affiliated with this smaller sized agency gave Rob valuable experience working in both the sales and service sides of insurance. He gained an understanding of real world applications for insurance coverage in people's unique life situations. One of Rob's most powerful memories occurred during a meeting with a client who was returning home for the first time following a house fire. Upon discovering that his most treasured possession - tapes of his children growing up – had survived the fire, the client wept with joy. For Rob, this experience underscored that insurance is, above all, a business about people.
