The Hospice of Baton Rouge has been meeting the end-of-life care needs of Greater Baton Rouge since 1984. The organization was formed out of the need and desire from patients that wanted to pass on in the comfort of their own homes surrounded by their loved ones. The Hospice was at the forefront of this service and continues to be the most experienced program in the city by focusing on each individual at a time.
