Kylie Easlon

Kylie Easlon is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technology recruitment and management. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager for Technology Services at The HT Group since January 2024, Kylie focuses on connecting individuals with quality career opportunities. Prior to this role, Kylie held various positions at Korn Ferry from March 2019 to October 2023, including Client Solutions Manager/Project Manager in RPO & Volume Hiring, where strategic growth and hiring solutions were delivered for Consumer clients. Kylie's earlier experience at TEKsystems involved leadership and recruitment roles within Microsoft Technologies, and initial work as a Sales Associate at Macy's provided foundational skills in customer engagement. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Truman State University and a Master of Science degree in Positive Psychology from Life University.
