The trade team at THE ICONIC play a vital role in transforming buying and planning priorities into a seamless and cohesive promotional strategy by balancing a commercial and customer lens, they make data-driven decisions to ensure our promotional plans are executed to achieve business objectives. 

As the E-Commerce Coordinator you will report to the Head of E-Commerce. You play an important role in driving sales and improving customer engagement through targeted marketing efforts. By analyzing market trends and developing effective strategies, you ensure THE ICONIC stays competitive and achieves sales goals. 

About the role:

• Execute Promotions: Implement online promotional activities based on inputs from various parts of the business, using multiple IT systems.
• Merchandising Expertise: Support the merchandising of products online, ensuring customers can easily navigate to the right products.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile key metrics, produce reports, and analyze data for quality control and reconciliation.
• Quality Control: Perform rigorous quality checks for online promotions to ensure all products, pricing, and customer-facing content are accurate.
• Customer Support: Assist with customer service queries related to promotional activities and content on the website and app.
• Marketing Calendar: Support the planning and execution of activities outlined in the marketing calendar to align with business goals.
• Trade: Maintain accuracy of online promotional activities 
•  Analysis: Analyse & present key eCommerce metrics to make merchandising decisions and increase sales online.

About You:

• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volume of data 
• Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel
• Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Highly driven, passionate about online retail & quick to learn
• Strong problem solving & self-management skills with ability to prioritise deadlines
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience with Retail or eCommerce desirable
