Felicity began their career as the Director of Sponsorship Strategy at Carlson Marketing Group in 1998. In 2002, they joined Javelin Europe as the Chief Executive, where they worked until 2009. During their time at Javelin Europe, Felicity specialized in providing practical experience to clients such as Heineken, Microsoft, and Cadbury, helping them maximize their return on investment. In 2009, Felicity became the Managing Director of The iLUKA Collective, and they currently hold the position of Chief Executive Officer.
