Renée Claus

Renée Claus, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at The IMA Group and IMA Clinical Research, positions held since November 2021, drawing upon extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Previously, Renée held various roles at Bryant & Stratton College, including Admissions Representative, Adjunct Instructor, and Career Services Advisor, from April 2018 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Branch Manager and Senior Recruiter at Favorite Healthcare Staffing, as well as various recruitment and marketing positions at Northwestern Mutual, The Clinton Courier, Sitrin Health Care Center, The Tangerine - Utica College's Newspaper, National Geographic, and Times Union. Renée holds a Master of Business Administration from Utica University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Journalism from the same institution.
