Gemma Bell is an experienced professional in internal communications and marketing, currently serving as the Internal Comms Manager at The IN Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Gemma spent over 13 years at Investigo, progressing from Maternity Leave to Senior Marketing Executive - Regions, with responsibilities in marketing, advertising, and candidate generation. Gemma's earlier roles include Personnel Assistant and Department Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, Team Resourcer at Huntress, and Project Resourcer at Elan IT. Gemma holds a Second Class Honours, Upper Division degree in Drama from Aberystwyth University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
