With extensive experience in client engagement and staffing, Jochen previously held senior positions at Trinnovo Group, focusing on diversity in high-growth technology sectors, and Search Consultancy, specializing in the marketing division. Jochen's career also includes significant roles as Associate Director at The Edge Partnership in Asia and Recruitment Manager at VOLT in Singapore, as well as leading teams in technical operations and R&D staffing at Hobson Prior. Jochen holds a Bachelor's degree from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
