Amanda Archer

Amanda Archer is a Video Production and Editing Producer/Social Media Director at IMI (The Independent Media Initiative) since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing website design, managing social media strategies, and coordinating live festival shows. With experience as a Video Editor and Producer, Amanda has edited content for award speeches and short documentaries while also serving as a Video Editing Intern. Prior roles include a Proctor and Undergraduate Learning Assistant at Moody College of Communication, as well as a Sales Associate at Bath Junkie and Multimedia Intern positions at FRIENDSWOOD ISD and the City of Friendswood. Amanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio, Television, and Film at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to graduate in May 2024.
