Currently serving as the Sport Live Editor at The Independent since February 2022, Luke coordinates strategic planning and delivery for live sports, ensuring audience engagement and content quality. Prior to this role, Luke held various positions at Beat Media Group from July 2014 to February 2022, including Executive Editor, where oversight of multimedia output and team management was paramount. With a solid educational foundation that includes a BA in English and Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham and a NCTJ Gold Standard Diploma in Journalism from News Associates, Luke has consistently produced impactful content across major sporting events and governed by recognized organizations in the industry.
