Nick Wingfield

Nick Wingfield is an experienced journalist and editor currently serving as the Features Editor and Senior Editor at The Information since June 2018. Wingfield previously held the position of Reporter at The New York Times from September 2011 to May 2018, specializing in technology coverage with a focus on major companies like Amazon and Microsoft. Prior to that, Wingfield spent 14 years at The Wall Street Journal as a Staff Writer, covering technology, including Microsoft and the video game industry, as well as regional news in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Wingfield was a member of the Board of Trustees at Westside School from June 2014 to June 2021 and began the journalism career as a Reporter at CNET Networks in 1996. Wingfield holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed education at Lowell High School.
