Dawn Batson has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Dawn started their career in 2000 as a Front Desk Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. During their time there, they analyzed performance, collaborated with the Director of Revenue, maintained client relationships, and managed front desk operations. Dawn also contributed to revenue generation through upselling and implemented new training programs. From 2011 to 2017, Dawn worked at St. Regis Hotel as a Reservations/Communications Manager. In this role, they maximized hotel occupancy, managed a team, maintained client relationships, and monitored contracts with third-party booking channels. Dawn also managed revenue generated through cancellations and no-show fees, supported the delivery of exceptional guest service, and made decisions to reduce labor costs. Since 2017, Dawn has been the Director of Revenue and Reservations at The Inn at Little Washington. In this position, they have implemented seasonal packages, managed room rate positioning to increase room revenue, and collaborated with marketing consultants to increase digital visibility.

The 2016 Forbes Travel Guide (formerly known as the Mobil Travel Guide) for the 26th year in a row, awarded The Inn at Little Washington’s accommodations its highest accolade – Five Stars. The 2016 Forbes Travel Guide also awarded The Inn at Little Washington’s Restaurant Five Stars for the 25th year in a row making it one of only 40 restaurants in the U.S. to hold this distinction. The American Automobile Association for 2017 once again bestowed its highest accolade – The Five Diamond Award -- on The Inn at Little Washington Restaurant for the 29th consecutive year making it the longest tenured restaurant in the history of the program. AAA also awarded The Inn at Little Washington’s accommodations Five Diamonds for the 27th consecutive year. Andrew Harper’s Hideaway 2016 Reader’s Choice Award for the Top 20 Getaways ranked The Inn #4 in the United States. Patrick O’Connell was selected for Le Chef Magazine’s Top 100 Chef’s in the World list and is one of only 10 American chefs included.
