Michael Russell is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at The Instillery since August 2019, Michael provides strategic leadership and oversees company growth, commercial performance, and customer relations. Prior to this, Michael held the role of Chief Sales Officer at The Instillery, focusing on partnerships for cloud adoption and transformation. Michael co-founded Origin IT, where as Chief Executive Officer from May 2000 to July 2019, the focus was on company growth and client relationship management with notable New Zealand companies. Earlier career experiences include business development roles at the Fisher & Paykel Business Centre and Acer. Michael is an alumnus of St Peters College.
