Steven J. Baltas

Steven J. Baltas is the National Sales Director of Benefits for Unison Risk Advisors. He has over 20 years of benefits experience, specializing in financial and technical aspects of employee benefits plan design and application; creating long term solutions through innovative client specific objectives.

Prior to joining Oswald, Steve was the President and Founder of Union Insurance Group, Inc. located in Cleveland. Previously, he held the title of Vice President at Todd Associates and was responsible for the management and new business production relating to all employee benefit insurance products. Steve began his insurance career with Paul Revere and Allmerica Financial in their Cleveland Group office.
