Justus Onyancha is a skilled software engineer and trainer currently employed at GRIFFIN Global Technologies, LLC, since April 2024. Jitu, which means Giant in swahili, believes that the technology talent in Kenya can compete with the rest of the world. Jitu believes that technology should first work and then provide value to the business. Jitu’s technology team has been trained by some of the best software development, business process automation and digitization resources in the world. Kenya, as a country, has invested heavily in education. English is taught as a main language and the majority of college educated citizens speak English fluently. Jitu has partnered with various universities in the area to acquire top talent that can compete on the world stage in technology.
