Catherine Eby is an experienced arts management professional with a proven track record in company management and operations within prestigious performing arts organizations. Currently serving as Company Manager at The Joffrey Ballet since September 2022, Catherine previously held positions as Artistic Operations Manager and Company Manager at The Washington Ballet from April 2018 to September 2022, and as Company Manager at McCarter Theatre from July 2013 to April 2018. Additional experience includes an internship at Alley Theatre, where responsibilities included negotiating contracts and managing events, and as Education Program Developer for Houston First Corporation, where Catherine developed engagement initiatives for employees. Catherine Eby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012.
