Julie Chapnick is a seasoned dance educator with extensive experience in teaching various dance forms, including ballet, modern, and lyrical, to students aged 3 to adult. Currently serving as a Dance Instructor at The Joffrey Ballet since June 2019, Chapnick has previously held similar roles at institutions such as Hubbard Street Youth Dance Program and The School of Performing Arts. Julie has also contributed as a Dance Professor at Johnson C. Smith University and Central Piedmont Community College, focusing on concert dance and ballet courses. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Arts from New York University, Julie brings a rich background in both education and performance, having worked with numerous companies throughout a distinguished career.
