John Kerscher has an extensive work experience spanning from 1997 to present. John began their career as a Chemist at Sun Chemical and eventually transitioned into roles such as Senior Accountant, National Sales & Service Manager, and Regional Controller. John later worked at Flint Group as a Regional Technical Project Manager before moving on to positions at New Horizons Learning Centers and MicroTrain Technologies. John then joined FirstLook and MAX Systems as the Information Systems & Operations Manager. After that, they worked at CNA Insurance as a Senior Marketing Business Analyst and at Joint Commission Resources as an Associate Director, Demand Generation. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing Operations at Joint Commission.

John Kerscher earned an MBA in IT from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Chemistry from Saint Louis University, attending from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, John also holds certifications as a Marketo Certified Expert from Marketo, which they obtained in April 2014, and as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from salesforce.com, which they obtained in March 2013.
