Charlie DeLacey has been KAG’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2018 and previously held the position of vice president of corporate development since joining the company in 2011. From 2008 to 2011, he served as vice president of mergers and acquisitions for Greenhill & Co., a leading independent investment bank, and from 2006 to 2008 he worked for Barclays Capital.
Charlie is a member of the board of directors for National Tank Truck Carriers and serves on various committees for the American Trucking Associations. He is also on the board of directors for Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio. He graduated cum laude from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and went on to earn his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
