Barnes has held multiple positions within the company, including Director of Continuous Improvement for US Operations and Director of Corporate Development. Prior experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager at PNC from October 2008 to December 2012 and as a Corporate Associate at National City Bank from August 2005 to October 2008. Barnes began a professional career in the US Army, achieving the rank of Captain from May 1998 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
