Brian Py

Brian A. Py brings 42 years of professional experience in the fields of hospitality and commercial real estate development, finance, and feasibility and asset management to The Kessler Enterprise, Inc.

Brian joined the firm in 1999 and is responsible for implementing the development concepts and visions from site and property acquisitions through the development process, including capital budgeting, pro forma analysis, capital structuring, and asset management. He coordinates the placement of debt financing and equity investments and develops ongoing financial investment relationships for The Kessler Enterprise, Inc.

Brian’s 23 years with The Kessler Enterprise, Inc. include his participation in the acquisition, structuring, development, and financing of the current assets in the portfolio and acquisitions and dispositions of hotels, assets, and non-strategic holdings.
