Emma Sterling has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Emma is currently the Head of Customer Success at The Key Support Services since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Leader at Juniper Education Group from June 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they served as a Sales Manager at PrimarySite Limited from September 2017 to March 2021. Emma also has experience working in the public sector as a Celebrant at Nottinghamshire County Council from September 2012 to February 2019. Emma has held leadership positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Alliance Boots, and Boots UK, where they worked in roles such as Senior Global Planning and Programme Manager, Senior Governance Manager, Innovation Programme Manager, Senior Formulation Leader, Lean Coach, and Formulation Team Leader. Emma started their career at Boots Contract Manufacturing, working as an Assistant Business Development Manager, Formulation Scientist, and Account Manager.
Emma Sterling completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science at The University of Sheffield from 1993 to 1996.
