Rebecca Muenger has a diverse range of work experience. Rebecca is currently the Director of Marketing at The Key Support Services since May 2021. Before that, they held the role of Director of Product Marketing & Customer Experience at the same company from September 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Rebecca worked as an Interim Marketing Director at The Key Support Services from November 2018 to August 2019.
Rebecca also worked as a Marketing Consultant at CambridgeData from January 2019 to October 2019.
Rebecca's previous experience includes serving as the Director Marketing & B2C Sales at KNect365 Learning from August 2016 to November 2018, and as the Head of Enterprise Marketing at AVADO from December 2015 to August 2016.

Rebecca's earlier experiences include working as an Account Executive at Lotus UK Integrated Communications from November 2009 to March 2011, and as a Member at Lotus Network during the same time period.
Rebecca also worked as a Transportation Manager at TLH Heliskiing from December 2008 to April 2009, and as a Marketing Executive at Euler Hermes from August 2008 to November 2008.
Rebecca Muenger has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing and business administration. In 2001, they obtained a Commercial Diploma from Kaufmännische Berufsschule Brugg, where they studied English, French, maths, economics, history, and accounting. Rebecca then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Tourism Marketing from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, which they completed in 2008. During their studies, Rebecca spent a semester abroad at United International Business School in Barcelona, where they explored subjects like entrepreneurship, marketing, design marketing, and case studies.
Rebecca continued their education in marketing and received a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2014. Rebecca further expanded their knowledge by attending various mini-MBA programs. In 2017, they completed a mini-MBA with a focus on innovation from KNect365 Learning, supported by Google. In the following year, they obtained a certificate in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management. Rebecca also engaged in short-term professional development courses like the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, specializing in brand management in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has obtained certifications to enhance their market research expertise. In 2018, they attended TMRE (The Market Research Event) as an attendee and received a Market Research certification from KNect365. Rebecca also earned a Leadership certification in Market Research from KNect365 in the same year.
