Stephen Merrill

Stephen Merrill is a seasoned professional with a robust background in growth and development, currently serving as the Director of Growth & Development at The Keyes Company since May 2022. As the Founder of Pursuing Your Purpose, which began in February 2019, Stephen focuses on partnering with organizations to alleviate burnout and enhance productivity and profitability in a post-pandemic environment. Previously, Stephen was the Director of the Account Management Department at Cardone Advertising, where leadership included managing a team of 20 and consulting with over 300 businesses on social media marketing strategies. Earlier in Stephen's career, a role as a Real Estate Social Media Strategist at The Keyes Company involved creating and delivering training courses on branding and lead generation for Realtors in South Florida. Stephen Merrill holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Maine.
