Pritesh Mistry is an experienced professional in the field of digital technologies and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as a Fellow (Digital Technologies) at The King's Fund since July 2020, Pritesh focuses on leveraging digital tools to enhance health and care systems. Previously, Pritesh contributed to the AI for Health Focus Group at ITU/WHO from February 2020 to 2023, providing insights for standardized AI benchmarking in healthcare. As Head of Innovation at the Royal College of General Practitioners from October 2016 to June 2020, Pritesh promoted excellence in primary healthcare. Pritesh's early career included roles at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and the National Physical Laboratory, where expertise in technology transfer and medical device development was cultivated. Pritesh received a PhD in Physics from the University of York, further building a solid foundation with a BSc in Physics from the same institution.
