Dr Claudia Koon Ghee Wee

Dr. Claudia Koon Ghee Wee is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in finance, data analytics, and risk management. Currently serving as an Honorary Research Fellow at The King's Institute since May 2022, Dr. Koon Ghee Wee contributes to evidence-based solutions for contemporary educational challenges. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Forensics and Data Analytics at Commonwealth Bank, where significant projects included the development of analytics tools for customer remediation and compliance programs. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Westpac Group as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Financial Crime Risk and Analytics, as well as academic roles at UNSW Business School and CQUniversity in finance and economics. Dr. Koon Ghee Wee holds a Ph.D. in Finance from UNSW Business School and multiple degrees, including a Master of Business by Research and a Master of Commerce, further solidifying expertise in the field.
