Christine Jacobs has extensive work experience in external affairs, communications, and public relations. Christine most recently served as the Deputy Director of External Affairs and Communications at The Kresge Foundation. Prior to that, they were the Communications Director for The Governance Studies Program at The Brookings Institution. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Supervisor at Edelman Public Relations, a Press Specialist at the American Bar Association, and a Press Assistant at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Christine Jacobs began their education at the University of Notre Dame from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Government & Public Policy. Christine then went on to Northwestern University, graduating in 2005 with a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.
