Alex Austin

Alex Austin is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and human resources, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Kroger. Previously, Alex held multiple roles at Cacique Foods, LLC., including Continuous Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer. At Owens Corning, Alex worked as a Senior TPM Specialist and participated in an HR Development Program. Alex also served as a Career Advisor for the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University and completed an internship in HR at Owens Corning. Alex holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Professional Writing from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
