Charles Freeman

Charles Freeman is an experienced engineering and management professional, currently serving as the Division Facility Engineering Manager at Kroger since January 2024. Previously, Charles held the position of Director of Construction at Memphis-Shelby County Schools and directed maintenance and environmental services at Delaware North from December 2021 to January 2024.
