Shelby J. Olsen is an accomplished environmental compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Director of Environmental Compliance at Kroger since April 2025, Shelby previously held significant positions at Titan America, including Director of Environmental Operations & Projects, where responsibilities included directing permitting and compliance for new facilities and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Prior experience includes directing environmental affairs at Omega Protein, managing compliance for Florida's largest cement plant at Titan America, and spearheading environmental standards at Omya, Inc.
