Ahmed Abdulhakeem

Ahmed Abdulhakeem is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in emergency medical services and innovation management. As the Founder and CEO of The Lab Holding since October 2019, Ahmed has also served as an investor and advisor at Resto Guru since June 2020, and co-founded 3Fils in November 2016. Previously, Ahmed held various leadership roles at Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, including Head of Emergency Ambulance Operations and Shift Manager, from 2011 to February 2019. A former Police Lieutenant at Dubai Police HQ from July 2004 to August 2011, Ahmed’s earlier career includes a position as a Customer Service Specialist at Emirates. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Emergency Medical Services, a Higher Diploma in Paramedic Studies, and a Master's degree in Innovation and Change Management, complemented by participation in the IMBACFUL Leadership Program at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development in 2018.
