Nishtha Nishant

Nishtha Nishant is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in management and science, currently serving as the Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nishtha held various positions, including Interim CEO at Tweet Foundation and Assistant Manager at Lilac Insights. Nishtha's early career involved roles as an Outreach Executive and Scientific Officer in Genomics, alongside volunteer work in education with Teach For India. Nishtha obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Bioanalytical Sciences, as well as completed HSC in Science from Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Matunga, Mumbai. Additionally, Nishtha served as an Adjunct Faculty at Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts Science & Commerce.
